What is the EAGALA model?

"The Eagala Model is a team approach that includes a licensed, credentialed Mental Health Professional, a qualified Equine Specialist, and horses working together with the client in an arena at all times.When inside the arena, all the work is done on the ground with the horses front and center, deliberately unhindered and never ridden, and allowed to interact with the client as they wish. This creates the space for the client, with the support of the professional facilitators, to reflect, project, and make deep connections."

What is your cancelation policy?

Sessions must be canceled 24 hours in advance to recieve a full refund. 
 
Session packages are non-refundable once the sessions have started.

Do you have age restrictions?

We want everyone, young and old to have the opportunity to work with our team. 
 
Clients must be at least 5 years of age to participate. While we do not have an age limit, we do ask that individuals take physical ability into account. Corenerstone will do its best to accomomodate any needs, however working with our horses is a physical activity.

Do you need horse experiance to participate?

Absolutly not! Whether you have been around horses your whole life or brand new, we would love to work with you?

How large are your group Sessions?

Our group sessions work with 6 or less individuals while working with and Equine Specialist, Mental Health Professional, and our volunteer. Each client will have their own horse to work with.

Can parents watch?

Accepted Answer

While we understand that parents love to watch their children grow, we ask that you confer with our team on this matter. While some clients flourish with parental supervision and support, others do not. Please trust our professionals and their experiance in this matter.

Do you provide Scholarships?

Yes we do. Scholarships are provided on a first come first serve basis and are distributed based on financial need. If you require more information, please contact our office.
